Laundry

Why is it that there is always laundry to do. Lately I have been doing at least one load a day and there is always at least on waiting. I remember in college I would do laundry once every two weeks and every once in a while I would have to do it once a week. I know that there is more than me to worry about now, but still geez. I know this post was not life altering, but those are my thoughts for the day.

ooo so do I! Since we have returned to Italy (that would be since the end of February) my laundry basket has not been empty! It was a really overwhelming feeling. I prefer to do a day of laundry and get it all done, but that doesn't seem to work anymore. Recently, when we had a beautiful day of sun and I was home I finally finished the laundry! As I was showing the empty basket to Jeremy, he found a shirt he had forgot to put in to be washed. I gave him a glowering look and he said "don't worry, I'll just hang this back in my closet!" :)

Even when I do finish all the laundry, all I have to do is look down at the clothes I am wearing to know that there will soon be more. Laundry is a thankless job.
